Exchange and Returns

Customers may request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving the order in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product has a defect

  • The wrong product was delivered


Return Conditions

To accept an exchange or return request:

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • The product must not be used

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included


Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of artistic products, some items cannot be returned in the following cases:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Custom or special orders


Shipping Fees

If the issue is caused by the store, shipping costs will be covered by Poch Store. Otherwise, shipping fees may be the customer’s responsibility.
